To place your accounts on hold, please just fill out this form. Within, you can let us know the specifics of your request. Once you hit submit, we will get right to work updating your account. If we have any questions or recommendations based on the info you provide, we will reach back out to you here, over email. It's only $12 to place a hold on your account.

After the duration of your hold expires, your plan will automatically resume. You may also contact us or come into the gym to remove your hold at any time.
